FLIA Consulting CSR Research Team commits to a comprehensive research of concepts, theories, practical experiences, regulations, rules and global standards of Corporate Social Responsibility. We endeavor to figure out the best practice for CSR in the new era through various approaches including theoretical discussion and case studies. By doing so, we want to construct an optimum model of interaction among enterprises, regulators, civil society and the environment, propose solutions to the sustainable development of both enterprises and society. Our team will regularly publish research outcomes in forms of Consulting Briefings and Reports, offer intelligence support to CSR practitioners and policy-makers.

Our Team
Miaoqiang Dai is a Master of International Affairs ’19 candidate. Being honored with the College Graduate Excellence Award of Shanghai, he graduated and gained his Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in June 2017. He also studied political science at Université Paris Ouest Nanterre La Defénse in Paris, France as an exchange student in 2015.

Chien-Hui Weng, Project Coordinator
Chien-Hui Weng holds Master of International Affairs degree and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Statistics’ at Pennsylvania State University. She obtained her BSocSc (Hons) in Public Policy and Management at City University of Hong Kong. She attended several exchange programs to study economics, management, and development policy, including a one-term program at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom and a two-term program at Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherland.

Tinghua Chen, Research Intern
Tinghua Chen is currently a Master of International Affair candidate at Penn State University. In her undergraduate program, she started a nonprofit coffee house using statistic software (SPSS, R) to analyze and improve their product. After that, she worked in budget department of Finance Bureau of Jieyang Konggang Development District for one year. Her research focuses on international business and development policy. She also will pursue a second master degree relating to statistic.
Jiangyun Yang is a Master of International Relations ’19 candidate. She gained her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics in June 2017. Her current researches focus on China’s renewable energy, including hydro and nuclear. She attended several academic visiting programs to study business consultant, public policies and international security, including National University of Singapore, European Union Commission, NATO Parliamentary Assembly and New Zealand Parliament.
