Welcome to Foundation for Law and International Affairs.

As a young professional with expertise in international law, I have seen that domestic professionals and students are eager to contribute their legal ideas and international perspectives to the global society. However, some passionate young professionals, and even experienced senior scholars, become a disadvantaged group in global scholarship due to knowledge gaps or language barriers. I have witnessed governments and enterprises from different cultures and systems reaching out to other regions and entities, looking for development opportunities and solutions to global challenges. However, some opportunities are lost due to the inaccessibility of information and the miscomprehension of customs, policies, and laws.

I believe the Earth is not truly a global village when participation and cooperation is incomplete. The front line in the effort to build a global village should be the practice and theory of law and international affairs. For the first time, the sum total of theory, knowledge, practice, experience, and reflection of all nations can be accessible to anyone in this integrated world. Therefore, my colleagues and I founded FLIA to offer reliable resources, education, and solutions in the area of law and international affairs.

FLIA is positioned to promote academic scholarship, public discourse, and the development of a global mindset at the intersection of law and international affairs. FLIA facilitates developing countries’ governments, enterprises, and other organizations to create better strategies for facing global challenges involving law and international affairs. FLIA also helps the public, especially young people, to become well-rounded and productive citizens by fostering attitudes that will lead to a global vision of comparative ideas and legal perspectives. We embrace respectful debate, promote awareness building among students, and amplify the voice of the rising generation.

I am deeply grateful that through the support of world-class scholars and practitioners, we have created a global network. Our team and partnerships are spread throughout the US, the UK, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Turkey, Brazil, South Korea, and various other regions. All of our teammates are professionals in law and international affairs and most of them have Ph.D. degrees.

I sincerely hope that we can make global scholarship and education of law and international affairs more accessible to you. We strive to learn and share established and emerging strategies for dealing with global challenges. We are young, passionate, and committed. We look forward to growing up with the world, and with every global citizen to see a more peaceful and intelligent global community.
