Under the excellent moderation skills of Haiding Xie (Editor & Deputy Director, Chinese Journal of Law), Panel 1 considered “Social Credit Legislation: The Status Quo and the Future.” The panelists provided a context for the discussion in the emerging development of social credit and its regulation, especially in Shanghai.
